What happened

The property's whole reservation history sat in RoomMaster. Moving it was a project nobody wanted during an NFL season, so I wrote the capex, the timeline and the training, certified every member of staff before launch, and ran the cut-over to Mews in ten days. Twenty-seven thousand guest profiles were cleansed on the way through. Average check-in time fell fifteen percent.

Duetto went live in under two weeks after that. Dynamic pricing for the Grand Prix lifted ADR six percent year over year.
